METHOD OF PAYMENT: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. Personal or business checks drawn from U.S. Banks as well as money orders require time to clear before goods are shipped. We will charge credit cards at the time the order is ready to ship.*

SHIPPING: All in-stock items will be shipped within three working days using UPS ground service or the U.S. Postal service. We’ll notify you promptly if your order is delayed for any reason. Remember, all of our items are crafted by hand, and sometime require additional lead times. Great things take time.
If you need an order in a hurry, priority handling is available for an additional charge. We will ship Next-Day Air or Second-Day Air and will be happy to estimate the extra charges for this service. Please call for information. At this time we ship only in the continental United States.We use recycled packaging materials in our shipping. These include reused boxes and Styrofoam peanuts. It's good for the environment and helps keep our shipping costs low. In certain circumstances, we'll hand-deliver our items at an additional charge. The type of service and cost must be worked out prior to our accepting the order.
PLEASE NOTE: Hubbardton Forge items are returnable within 90 days. Some restrictions apply. Details are located here. Lamp shade and glass orders without fixtures: A $20 drop ship fee will be charged on top of the regular price for lampshade and glass when ordered alone.
ORDER CANCELATIONS AND DELIVERY REFUSALS:
Customers will be responsible for all FedEx refusal charges and returned freight charges on orders refused for delivery. Orders that have allocated at the factory are considered "shipped" and must be accepted and returned by the customer according to our return guidelines to get a full refund. Returned shipping costs on refused orders will be deducted from the refund given the customer.
